What information do we collect?

When you place an order. Checkout is handled by Square. Square collects your payment details, name, email, phone, and shipping address to process your order. We never see or store your full card number. Square's use of your information is covered by the Square Privacy Notice.

When you request a custom order or contact us. We collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone (optional), and the details you share, such as a child's name, age, and favorite things for a personalized book.

When you browse. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your device, browser, approximate location, and pages visited. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting them.

To keep the site and our forms safe from spam and abuse

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers that help us run the shop (Square for checkout, Cloudflare for hosting and email, and Google for analytics), and only as needed for them to do that work.

How long do we keep it?

We keep order and request information as long as we need it to serve you and for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete information you sent through our forms at any time.

What choices do you have?
